Investir en Tax Shelter avec le PILTax Shelter is a tax incentive intended to encourage the production of audiovisual and motion picture works in Belgium. Investments in motion pictures are tax free for the beneficiary company, whatever its sector of activity.
Expenditures eligible for the Tax Shelter can be superimposed on other types of aid (Wallimage, Promimage, Media Desk,…). Consequently, a very large share of the expenditures made on Belgian territory and, a fortiori, in the Liege region, can be covered.
The overall Tax Shelter investment cannot exceed 50% of the financing of the Belgian part of the film.
