Synopsis: A middle-class girl in her twenties lives at Somme bay. She is looking for more brightness and happiness in her life, which she thinks is rather dull and useless. She decides to love. Not to the most charming, nor to the most worthy or even to the most admirable man, no, she will love just anybody. He turns out to be in his thirties and more or less lives rough in the streets. He is always drunk and often takes drugs. He is perfectly incapable of receiving or returning the love that will be given to him, as he does not know what it feels like. There is a policeman who follows the guy and tries to warn her. The film is the story of this meeting.
