Synopsis: The province of Katanga, located in the south-east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, is one of the richest regions in the world in mining resources. However, Katanga’s population continues to live in extreme poverty while multinationals are quickly setting up there. New mines are being dug today to exploit these resources as quickly as possible, most of which are illegally taken out of the country. This film, through some key characters of the new Katanga industrial revolution, will show, in the form of a political-economical thriller, the war between the multinationals together with the lives of the local traditional miners threatened with disappearing.
