On 4 March 1998, Toni Da Silva, an 8-year-old boy, disappeared. Omer, the investigator in charge of investigation must progressively prepare the parents for the fact that there was no change of finding their child. But the pain of Catherine, Toni’s mother, breaks through his defensive wall and he decides not to say anything and to let her accept the loss with time. Seven years later, a young man in his twenties (MATTEO) is at the wheel of a car. He was driving quickly. He places his hand before his face, accelerate, is caught speeding. He goes to a bar, not far from the Da Silva’s home where he can watch the people come and go. It is the birthday of Hugo, Catherine’s 2nd son, who is 6 years old. They dance, they play... Mattéo watches the ballet of the parents’ cars as they come to pick up their children. That evening, Alain fetches his son. Catherine is alone at home, tired and haunted by the memory of Toni. She thinks she sees a shadow in her garden. She is frightened and leaves a message for someone that she has not spoken to for 7 years: Omer…
