Synopsis: In the middle of a quite desert landscape, an empty tarmac dual-carriageway stretches into the distance. This perfect highway has never been used since it was built some years ago. Just a few metres from the safety barriers, there is a house with a small garden standing alone. A family lives in this house. It is the start of summer and the highway is going to be opened. Literally “planted” on the edge of the motorway, just a few metres from the exhaust pipes in uninterrupted and more or less infernal noise, the family looses their bearings, their delicate balance and ends up by withdrawing into themselves by cutting themselves and gradually going mad.
