Synopsis: Les Bureaux de Dieu is the portrait of a family planning centre. Young girls and women come and talk, and find out the different aspects of a choice that they must or want to make, rather than to undergo it: that of their sexual freedom and the time when they will or will not have a child. They are seen by women, marriage guidance councillors, whose job is to listen and provide information due to their conviction or even militant beliefs. The film describes life in this place and how the interviews lay the foundations for the decisive shift in the direction that each decides to take.
